Emmanuel Soya is an experienced Project Manager, Educationist, and Capacity Development expert with over ten years of experience developing training curricula and capacity building for learners and organizations in various sectors. He is well skilled in and has delivered various practical and classroom training using a variety of techniques such as practical demonstrations, simulations, small group activities, and discussions, role play, practical exercises, work in pairs, physical movement, and use of energizers designed to maintain an engaging environment. He is the Convener of the Agro Tech. Club, a Capacity Building and Skills Development program aimed at exposing young millennials to the opportunities in the Agricultural sector to attain food security and zero hunger in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Emmanuel Soya is the Program Manager, Capacity Development at Allen Fortress.  

Blessing Allen-Adebayo is an International Development Advisor with a decade of successful experience designing strategies for climate-smart agricultural economic growth and food security in conflict-affected regions in Nigeria, such as the Niger Delta and the North East. She was a Senior Programme Manager and Tier Lead responsible for providing leadership, strategy, and technical direction for the Extension Service Delivery Programme for Propcom Mai-karfi, £51Million UKaid Market Systems Development flagship Programme in Nigeria. She has worked with UKaid (FCDO), Chevron Foundation, USAID, Ford Foundation & Seedstars Switzerland. Her work focuses on strategy, sustainability, innovation, inclusion, and technology. Blessing has spoken at various conferences in Nigeria, East Africa, and South America. In addition to facilitating economic growth, Blessing is passionate about gender inclusion, & environmental resilience and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. program testing models for bioremediation and environmental recovery. She is the Deputy Director, of International Development at Allen Fortress.  

Olusegun Nihinlola is a Human Resources and Financial Management professional with 17 years of experience in corporate governance, talent management, performance management, and performance management. He is an associate chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), building a career that combines Human Resources and Financial Management to bring out the best in people. He brings years of experience providing human resource solutions to Arise Media Global, Access bank, Guarantee Trust Bank, Craneburg Construction Company, Customer 1st Nigeria Limited, Druggmix care Limited, E-bizet Nigeria Limited, and Luxe Dental Clinic. Segun Nihinlola is the Deputy Director, Human Resources and Finance, Allen Fortress  

Allen Adebayo is a Management Consulting Professional who brings ten years of banking, business development, client retention, entrepreneurship, and branding into catalyzing growth for organizations and entrepreneurs. He is a strong leader whose work focuses on maximizing results through the people side of the business, as he consults for national and international organizations in multicultural settings. In his work with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Allen has mentored 500+ youths at the SEDIN E-Cycle Program on creating a viable and sustainable business. Also, he facilitated job placement training for 1,100 job seekers within Abuja & Edo. Using a bespoke adult learning methodology, he helped hundreds of junior-level and mid-level executives of government agencies, private sector companies, start-ups, and BMOs to define and optimise their pathways to sustainable increase. Allen holds an MBA with a Specialization in Sustainability from Nexford University, Washington D.C. When he is not developing new ways to improve entrepreneurs and organizations, he is speaking at conferences. Allen Adebayo is the Founder and Executive Director of Allen Fortress.
